Power Clean (2-2-2-1-1)

Set 1 – 2 reps

Set 2 – 2 reps

Set 3 – 2 reps

Set 4 – 1 rep

Set 5 – 1 rep
*Don’t include warm up sets as your working sets. Weight should be challenging, but not so heavy that you are sacrificing form. Keep lower back nuetral, chest up, scoop the bar into the hips, and get those elbows around fast.

*Score is the weight lifted on your last set of 1.
