For time:

1000-800-600-400-200 Meter Runs

After each run complete:

10 Deadlifts (185/135)

10 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups

40 Double Unders
*Deadlift weight should be something we could cycle for 10 reps unbroken every round.

*Scaled options for the HSPU:

– Double Dumbbell Push Press

– Hand-release Push-ups

*Sub 2:1 singles for the double unders today.
