6 Jurpees
3 Power Cleans (155/105)
*After round 6 (3 rounds each), run 1 mile together to honor Justin earning “Officer of the Month” after 6 months of joining MPO.
*Jurpee: Double jump lateral burpee starts and ends on same side of bar.
* 1 athlete completes a full round while partner rests.
*Total running is 1 mile for this WOD not every 6 rounds
* Workout is done when 25 rounds are completed. It’s 25 rounds TOTAL between both athletes, not 25 rounds each.
