AMRAP 20:

100 Double Unders

50 Wallballs (20/14)

25 Toes-to-bar
– One partner works at a time.

– Divide the reps however you want.

– The sub for double unders is 200 singles.

– The sub for toes-to-bar is 25 knee raises, or 25 sit ups.
