4 Rounds For Time:

800 Meter Run

50 Wallballs 20 / 14 lb

20 Single Dumbbell Devil Presses 50 / 35 lb
– Split the runs at 400m for each partner each round.

– Divide the other work as teams see fit.

– Only one partner works at a time.
