Partners switch and complete Round 1 again.

Round 2

Partner 1 – 800 Meter Run

Partner 2 – 1 Mile Assault Bike, Max Reps Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)

Partners switch and complete Round 2 again.

1 minute rest

Round 3

Partner 1 – 800 Meter Run

Partner 2 – 1 Mile Assault Bike, Max Reps Devil Press (50/35)

Partners switch and complete Round 3 again.

**Athlete on bike and dumbbells has until their partner returns to complete their reps.

**Score is combined total reps on the dumbbell movements.
