200m Run
– Partner A rows 15 calories, Partner B rows 15 calories – Partner A does 10 burpees, Partner B does 10 burpees – Partner A does 10 Wall Balls, Partner B does 10 Wall Balls – Partner A runs 200m, Partner B runs 200m. Repeat until the 20 mins is up.
