10 Burpee Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

20 Hang Power Snatches (75/55 )

200m Run
– Find a solid rhythm on the burpee chest-to-bar pull-ups.

– To conserve shoulder and grip, break the hang power snatches into 2 or 3 sets.

– Recover on the run.
