AMRAP 15:
Partner A – 500m Row
Partner B starts AMRAP:
10 Burpees
20 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35)
30 Abmat Sit-ups
*Partner A picks up where Partner B
leaves off in the AMRAP after
completing the 500m Row. Partner B
will then Row 500m, then pick up
where Parnter A left off in the AMRAP.
Continue this sequence until time
expires.
*Score is rounds + reps on the AMRAP portion.
