15/10 Calorie Assault Bike

3 Power Cleans (Climbing)
*You choose the weight on the power cleans. Ideally, you should climb in weight each round (add 10 or so pounds per round). Your score will be the heaviest weight lifted for three reps.

*You can sub 250m/200m row for the bike and still count towards “Rx”.
