2 Squat Cleans
*To “Rx” this workout athletes must achieve the squat clean loading as follows:

Rounds 1-2: 115/75

Rounds 3-4: 135/95

Rounds 5-6: 155/115

Rounds 7-8: 185/135

Rounds 9-10: 205/155

Rounds 11-12: 225/185

If you get past round 12 continue to add 20 lbs to the bar every two rounds until time expires.

*Scaled is climbing in weight until you can’t go up anymore, or just choose a moderate weight and stay with that the entire time.
