Power Clean

Set 1 – 3 reps

Set 2 – 2 reps

Set 3 – 2 reps

Set 4 – 1 rep

Set 5 – 1 rep
*No “touch and go” reps today. Reset starting position after each rep. Tight back, chest up. The initial break from the floor is called the lift off. This should be slow and controlled. Scoop the bar into the hips and rotate elbows around the bar quickly.
