17 min AMRAP:

15 American Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

12 Abmat Sit-ups

9 Overhead Squats (75/55)

200m Run
*Award yourself 1 rep per 50 meters completed of the run. A little different than we have been doing it, but if works out, this is how we will handle the runs on future AMRAP’s.

*Rx+ is Toes-to-bar in place of sit-ups. We’ve done a lot of upper body pulling this week. If your upper back and shoulders feel good enough to do T2B – go for it!
