400m Run

50 Double Unders

40 Alt. DB Snatches (50/35)

30 Box Step Ups (24/20)

20 Abmat Sit-ups
*Score is slowest round.

*You should have about 1-1:30 break before the start of the next round. Consider scaling reps to achieve this.

*Rx+ is 20 Toes-to-bar instead of sit-ups. However, only move up to Rx+ option if you are really proficient at Toes-to-bar (i.e 10+ reps unbroken).
