*The purpose of the rest is to help you hit each round at a high intensity. Each round should take you around 2 mins to complete. Scale reps and/or weight to achieve this.

*Score is total time including rest. You are responsible for keeping track of your own rest time, so pay attention to the clock when you finish each round!
