Power Snatch (2-2-2-2-2-2-2)

2 reps on the minute x 7 rounds
*Start at 50% of your 1 RM power snatch and build in weight over the course of the seven rounds. You may also pick a weight that feels comfortable but challenging and stay with that the entire time. Rememeber to squeeze those lats and sweep the bar into the hips. Make sure to make that bar/body contact when you get to the hips!
