Deficit Deadlifts (5-5-5-5-5)

5 sets of 5 reps
*Stand on a 25-45 lb plate during the 5 reps.

*Start at 70% of your 1 RM and add weight each set (10-20 lbs) if you choose to do so. You may also stay at the same weight each set.
