Single Leg Bulgarian Split Squats (8-8-8-8)

4 sets of 8 reps

(8 reps each leg w/ a 3 second count on the way down)
*Bar on your back out of the rack. Your rear foot should be stable on a bench or box behind you. Be sure to keep shins vertical with your knee tracking over your toes. Open up your stance so that you feel this in your glutes and hamstrings.
