Immediately into;

4 Rounds:

20 Toes-to-bars

20 Wall Balls (20/14)

Immediately into;

3 Rounds:

25 American Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

12/9 Cal Row or 10/7 Cal Assault Bike

–35 min cap–
*Scale the reps on the T2B if you think the 20 reps will be a wall for you. Another option is to scale the movement to knees-to-elbows or hanging knee raises. In either case, use those hips and get the knees as high as possible!
