12 Rounds for time w/ partner (6 rounds each) – I Go, You Go Style:
10 Thrusters / Power Cleans / Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
10 Toes-to-bars / Handstand Push ups / Pull-ups
10/7 Cal Row / 8/5 Cal Bike / 200m Run
**Each partner picks a movement from each category. It does not have to be the same movement
**One partner works while the other partner rests. One partner must complete a full round of the required reps and movements before partner two can start.
**Rx+ is strict gymnastic movements.
